she wouln't be ablew to do that, cus you must have your muscles relaxed, and breath deeply, and it takes about 5 seconds, she wouldn't have time, and I'm sure Zuko would be able to do that jet thing, and he, besides of being a firebender, is a swordman, so he is way coolest!
