Do you plan on purchasing the box set? If yes, when do you plan on buying it?

Ironic indeed. Must have something to do with the sheer power of Azula's name

I figured "MOMMY/DADDY, GIVE ME MONEY NOW" would receive the most votes.

I watched the "girls of Avatar" special feature, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. If I were to grade it, I would give it a B+. To the dismay of Suki, Mai, Ty Lee and Joo Dee fans (looking at you Dr. Avatar), the feature focuses only on Katara, Toph and Azula. I enjoyed the perspectives of both the voice actors and Bryke. I enjoyed the Azula exposition the most, but that is not terribly surprising.

They shouldn't have done it on Toph. She was supposed to be a man, anyway. Katara isn't really that interesting. Azula, on the other hand... . I think Azula's gang would've been the most interesting. Why they had to chose Toph and Katara is beyond me. Oh well.

The give a cursory mention to Ty Lee, Mai and Suki at the end, but nothing in depth. I also wish they would have expounded on some of the other females in the show; however, the content that they did provide was good.

Has anybody watched the 4-part commentary on the finale? I am quite interested in watching that.

I have hitherto not listened to it. I do, however, plan on listening to it tomorrow or Friday.

That is why you are an Avatard...you are dedicated. I love the look of the box set. Not just the cover art but also the color of the DVDs.

Gah, I can't wait to get it. My parents won't let me touch another Avatar thing, however. I just bought S1 and S2 again to promote Avatar I know, I'm cool. Even though it's MY MONEY, they've finally interceded. I've got to wait a while...

You are cool because you just bought Books One and Two? Unless your economic situation prevented from doing so...you should have purchased both of them a long time ago!!! In all seriousness, I think the commentaries for Book Three are the best. I wished they would have included more, but what they gave us is high quality.

Okay, I finally did it I bought not one, but two book 3 box sets

One is for me, the other I intend to give to a fellow Avatard who sadly is not so fortunate as to be able to buy the box set himself right now

I'll probably watch the stuff on the weekend, when I have time. At the moment, I am busily engaged in the final touches on my history essay on Julius Caesar (that has been the source of my many, many references to the man over the past few weeks), due in tommorow. So I'd better go finish that up now. I'll probably go onto the Refuge tommorow.

    Good night everyone.

    Ave comrades.

This is what a true Avatard does. We look out for each other and help each other enjoy the awesome show that we all love. Good job, Ax, you deserve two thumbs up.

It counts so long as you did not purchase pirated DVDs or other bootlegged material.
