Hmm, according to that site, they'll put 5 eps instead of 4 on each discs? They lose out on making an extra $13 off us crazy fans though I think it'll just be 4 eps per DVD like the last book.

??First volume in Jan though. So much for Avatar as a Christmas present...

Instead of having 5 Volumes with 4 episodes each, Nickelodeon probably thought it would be better to have 4 Volumes??with 5 episodes each, which I think is a lot better.

I agree that it's a lot better, but I'm just thinking from Nick's perspective in the marketing department it would be better for them to make us buy 5 DVDs instead of 4. In this case, I hope I'm wrong.

That's weird... personally I liked the 5 volumes of 4 episodes format better. I mean, the Swamp, The Chase, and Serpent's Pass are all great episodes... they'd make great disc finales. Well, I'm just getting the boxed set anyway, so it doesn't matter all that much to me.

Maybe this set will actually have some real bonus features.

What was wrong with the bonus features for Book 1?

Plus Avatar Day's not the best place to start it off. Really makes me wonder who precisely is??involved in all this.

You know, they could just raise the price of each DVD to about $16 or $17 if they have five episodes. They wouldn't lose as much money.
