Could be. The Boiling rock being a dangerous name fitting a prison with many traps, like a 'Devils Island'....the whole ep is going to be a big 'Papillon' lol.

I still like my idea that the boiling rock is a dragon egg, probably the one we saw in the Firebending Masters.

Man, I hope that doesn't happen. It's bad enough that I adore Azula (and she's probably dead meat) to loose Iroh and Toph would be a very hard blow for me. I came for the plot and stayed for the characters (while ignoring ships XP) Mind you, I would finish the series even if they died, but it wouldn't be the same.

If Toph dies, I will stop watching this show! Just kidding. But I do know that more people wil die. Toph can't die though, she rocks to much. If Azula dies, I will also be sad. She's a cool villan. I would mind if Katara dies, she scares me some times. But TOPH IS NOT GOING TO DIE! She can't

BTW if you want to see some amazing firebending by Zuko, go to this site. Trust me

a friend of mine once told me that they knew someone who worked on animating avatra and that apparently, a female character is going to doe sometime, and they will be a big character. so i hope its not katara, because then zutara and kataang would be for absolutely nothihg, i hope oits not toph because shes awesome ( tophswome awesome!) and i guess i dotn hope its azula because shes evil and strong and it would be wierd to see her go down even though i think that she will be the one to fall in the end.

It's most likely going to be Azula because she's pure evil and insane. They've basically made her a character that must die or they're going to have plot-holes when they conclude the entire story.
Azula seems most likely but I don't think she will be defeated this soon. Also, it's not like she's going to be outbended, her demise will have more meaning to it. Like, say for example, Zuko using the true form of bending to capitalize on Azula's aggressive technique. Not only that but she'll probably be the cause of her own death somehow. If thisis about a prison, Suki best as Hell be there. It's a perfect time to bring her back; not too early, not too late. It's also not that close to finale.

I'm thinking that Mai might die possibly by Fire Lord Ozai and that will just piss Zuko off even more. Or maybe Zuko's mom. One of those two is who I'll be betting on. Not Toph, Katara, or Suki (it can't happen to Sokka twice!).

ohhh! omg does anyone remember like..a month ago or so..when someone said they were in the avatar studio on a tour or something and saw a picture of aang and zuko and zuko was carrying katara? idk if that was true or not..so dont freak out, but what if it was and katara is the one that dies. hmmm?

I don't think they would kill off a main character that is so important. I mean, Katara isn't just some Jet that no one cares about...

I don't know... it seems like the golden egg is beyond the characters now but that doesn't mean I'm ruling out the possibility of it being an egg encased in gold. The Boiling Rock has to be a prison or Fire Nation strong hold. It just has to be.

Interesting idea too. Though I don't think so. Avatar tends to not treat these kinds of elements the episode right after one episode where they appear...mostly there's one episode inbetween.

I thought it might be a bar where Zuko decides to get drunk. There though he meets up with the OWL after running to the toilet to throw up.

We don't know. Odds look slim, but stranger things have happened.

Some factors are that for such a big event (I think it's big) there have been no commercials/ads for it. Th US is also a 2 episodes behind and it is still unknown when exactly new episodes will start airing in the US (The Western Air Temple and The Firebending Masters). Two part movies are usually pivotal moments in each book and series. It doesn't seem to be wise to show a pivotal two-part movie when most of the world isn't caught up yet. Those are my thoughts. Personally, I don't want it to air until the US has caught up. For one, it really doesn't seem fair for something like this.

Because it's Thursday night and we haven't seen a commercial. It's an hour long TV movie, so you would assume they would advertise it.

And the US is still behind on the episodes. But as I said, it would be a nice little surprise if it did air.

Hopefully they'll show WAT tomorrow... I really don't want to be disappointed again by another Zoey 101 movie special that makes me want to poke my eyes with hot needles.

Yeah... I feel your pain. >.> I tuned in last week expecting to see Avatar episode on the TV for the first time in months and... AAH!! ZOEY 101. I checked the guide for Nick tomorrow. Same "12 year-old boy must master his powers to save the world." Nothing says anything about it being new. Why can't Nick just give a definite date. B@st@rds. ;/

Quick comment on the dragon egg theory. In thethird seasonpreview trailer didn't it show someone flying on a dragon? Although that would mean the dragon would have to grow pretty dang fast.
