    Azula is the best villian, BUT Fire lord Ozai would definetly be the best if for some reason Ozai killed Azula. It would show Azula's weakness, and would be a nice set-up on telling the audience how truly evil Ozai is.

    I don't think there was a General Tong... There was a Mayor Tong (in Avatar Day), a General Sung (in the Drill), and a General Fong (Avatar State). Gets confusing.

    Either Azula or Ozai. The princess may be crafty and evil. But her father is brutal and cruel. He won't kill you, but with all his mental and physical abuse, he'll make you wish he had killed you...

    Azula really isnt that evil. She's more like a spoiled brat with talent. Manipulative? Not really. All the things she does are really only one tiered manipulation. If that fails to work, she doesnt really think of anything quickly. The whole Earth Kingdom thing could, and probably will, blow up in her face. Can you say civil war?

    Anyway, best villian? Zhao. Not the brightest guy ever, but he had depth. He was ambitious, resilient, not extremely talented, and proud. He also was resourceful. And his demise was excellent.
