Your way is blind and without any valid points.??You can't say someone is a better fighter than someone else if you've never seen them fight. Out of Iroh, Jeong, and Ozai Iroh is the only one that we have seen fight using his bending. Until we see the other two fight they can't be included because we don't know what they bring to the tabel. Now unlike Bumi and Pakku we actually saw them fight that's why they're valid. Ozai and Jeong never did.

What do you define as a fight?Jeong just did a little??disappearing act that doesn't count as a fight because he was runnig away. And when Aang faces Ozai he'll probably be juiced up on comet power and his skill won't really matter since he'll have uber-bending.
And once again until one of these two are in a fight they can't be counted.

Firebending: Azula(she's made Zuko look like a fool, he didn't land a single blow on her, and well she regained victory against Iroh, in a moment of weakness, PLUS she held her own against Aang and he's the Avatar)
Waterbending: Master Pakku(Katara's fought well a couple times but Pakku showed some outstanding moves against the firenation tanks, plus he has a victory vs. Katara, although she wasn't as good then as she is now)
Earthbending: Toph (took down 6 strong Earthbenders single handed)
Airbending: Aang(by default)
can you really argue that list? maybe Pakku is questionable but i feel its no contest with Azula
