I'm pretty sure we'll see this in an upcoming episode since Avatar animation costs a lot of moola and any company trying to make a profit would know the costs out-weigh the benefits of a PSA. Where we'll see it is anyone's guess.

MY Answer: No.
How Come I Said No: Well, consider this. First of all, Zuko would be there. Second, why would they be resting? The only time this could happen would be in 317 or maybe 318. Third, in my opinion, Iroh won't return until the finale. So, yeah...
They probably just made this for water safety...
