oh please, what is this, the 1800s? no one speaks like that! the accents have really changed, there are many accents in britain now. if you were a northener you would say:
'aye up, 'ows about sum futee? aye urd man u's playin grimbsby! won't that be crackin?
but there's mancunian (manchester) accents, liverpudlian (liverpool) accents, london accents, as many dialects as there are cities.

There are less differencces in accents then there used to be different accents used to be almost totally different accents. Anyway where abouts in the North would you have to be to talk like that?

Minor fact: Their (or should it be there?) are more accents in the whole of the UK then their (or is it there?) are in the whole if the USA.

Maybe I don't know. Is there a differance between Latino Spanish and Spanish Spanish?

Sorry, but writing out accents isn't exactly very easy for me. If I was saying the accents, then it'd probably sound a bit modern and not so outdated. Unfortunately I had to go the stereotypical route to get my joke across.

don't worry, i understand, for comedy to work the references can't be obscure.

Sometimes. If Americans go to different regions of the country, they can begin to get a vague idea of where you come from.

For example, if I went to New York they could automatically assume I'm from somehwere in the South simply based on the fact of how I say something like "y'all from around here?" and I can tell they are local by their blank stares. Most regions have a similar dialect, but can become more specialized as you zoom in closer.

So if I was to go from central Texas to the state border, there's a good chance I might start hearing someone talking slightly more different than me. More so if I went to the Mexican border since were talking about another country now.

    Spoiler:

Is it me or did I call it. I just knew at some point some one would fly. I thought it would be Zuko, but I was wrong on that one, but we still have time to see if that happens. Where is everyone that doubted the idea now. Go head, bow down!!

I bet the reason why the don't do that much fighting in Avatar is because each time the powers stunts get bigger and better, so they got to slow it down a bit. I bet if they didn't, by the end of the season, Zuko probably could fly!

true it is possible that there could have been power fluctuations. just look at dbz. their answer to it is super sayain. naruto's answer to it is"never give up" or "believe it" or the nine- tailed fox.
