Nickelodeon (ended 2008)
Khuzo checked Tojo's body. It was lifeless. The spear was just a simple wooden pole with a tiny head on it, one he had found amongst the wreckage. Tojo would have clearly been far more formidable if it hadn't been for the suprise attack. Grenades, bombs, and weapons were packed onto his body, and on top of that animal he would've been near undefeatable in straight up combat. Khuzo was glad he had the opportunity to get him so easily.
Ridge came down the cliff. Ridge wasn't bragging or talking about earned drinks. His face was cold and expressionless.
"Khuzo, what do you think of me?"
"Well, I obviously didn't hate you when you said you didn't feel guilty for your crimes, so I fail to see how my opinion of you has changed."
"Why?"
"Well for the first part I need you. And the second part is, no matter how much you try to hide it behind a womanizing, fun loving persona, I know you're terrified of what you were. And I know you hate yourself. That means we can work together. But here's the thing: I don't want to know what you've done. I don't ever want to know. I won't ask, you won't tell. You DIED, you got that? You're dead. Ridgeback killed whoever it is that followed him to the Dark Pits. He's dead."
"Yeah, I understand."
"Good. Now let's get back to the kids."
Khuzo dropped the blood covered spear and walked up the ledge. As Ridge looked down at his lifeless friend's corpse, he spat on it.
Reika had climbed to the top of road and Shungo had managed to follow.
"What were you guys talking about?"
"Nothing. Just how we killed one of those Twelve members."
"Really? That's great!"
"Yeah it is. Now, sorry about this, Reika, but it's like I said, you can't come."
"What are you-" she asked, but then Ridge smacked her in the head. Shungo looked up at Ridge who had his arm raised in case there were anymore objections. He looked at Ridge and was hardly holding himself up.
"Hey man I don't care anymore."
Ridge smiled.
"Glad to hear it."
----
Deep within the dark, ancient depths of the catacombs that lurked around the Fire Nation palace, an old man sat at a throne at the very end of the lair. Fire lit up a long path that led to him, and the throne was the only piece of furniture in the whole, expansive dark lair. Behind it sat a massive Fire Nation tabbard. The throne itself seemed as if it was the man's resting place, and had been for a long time. The man hadn't moved from the chair in fifteen years. Suddenly, out of the darkness, ten other figures appeared, in a large circle, in the center of the lair. The path here became a large, expansive circle with a Fire Nation emblem on the ground in the center of the circle.
They all looked different, but at the same time they all shared a feeling of cruel, twisted, sadistic evil. All but one, a small, timid figure completely concealed in robes akin to that of Death's. Itami, Fury, and Death were amongst their numbers.
"Hate has been sent to deal with the mercanary and his comrade. Wthout them, the children will-"
"Hate has died, Death," the old man spoke. His face had a constant scowl, and his eyes were almost completely closed.
"Master, how do you-"
"Hate was my student. We shared a bond that does not know space or time. I know already what has become of him."
"That's impossible!" yelled another and fire came from his mouth in small gusts. His teeth were twisted and mangled, yellow and revolting. "Even I could not defeat Hate! How can a mere mercanary-"
"This MERE mercanary, Wrath, must I remind you, is a member of a certain tribe that once caused more havoc to this nation than any other resistance in the history of the war."
"But-"
"ENOUGH!" yelled the man, and he slammed down the gnarled husk of a staff, and intense blue flames seeped forth. "LEST YOU, WRATH, WISH TO KINDLE WHAT IS TRULY WRATH, MY WRATH, YOU WILL REMAIN SILENT!"
Energy seemed to invisibly engulf the room, even though nothing had changed. Still, the immense power brought forth by this mere motion left everyone on their edge. Only Itami looked unfazed, with his typical smirk.
The old man took a deep breath and resumed.
"Now, the mercanary and his friend must be dealt with. I can see that the combined efforts of Death, War, Fury, and Hate are not enough. Therefore, Sorrow will lead this mission. It will be the first testament to her power. War and Forge will accompany you to MERELY RETRIEVE the children. And Itami, if the girl is broken or too harmed to be of used prior to her arrival, you will face something even you will have to fear."
Itami's smile was wiped away, but he didn't look frightened in the slightest.
In unison, the figures spoke: "Yes, End." As the darkness creeped around them, the ancient man called The End resumed his slumber.

Khuzo was carrying Reika over his shoulder, and Shungo was being supported by Ridge. He looked up at him, and saw that Ridge's usual playfulness was gone. He had always been Khuzo's counter. Where Khuzo was cruel or painfully serious, Ridge had taken the group to a usually higher spirit. Now, he seemed more aloof and distant.
"Where are we going?" Shungo asked.
"To a village not far up the road. There, we'll get to the forest on another ride and get you home."
"Alright then."
"You don't seem upset, Shungo," Ridge spoke.
"You guys need to take these Twelve guys down. If I can't truly be of help, I need to be out of the way."
"That's a very mature attitude. Maybe we could use you."
"Forget it. Besides, I know where to find the right kind of help. Shungo is a capable fighter, but these guys are beyond capable," Khuzo said.
"But maybe I COULD help. Maybe Reika can too."
"My orders were to send you home, not to involve you in our personal little war."
"But I want to help."
Khuzo seemed incapable of answering, so he remained silent. Taking down the Twelve WAS more important than their individual safety. And Shungo could easily take tough opponents, and Reika could be useful because of her healing ability.
"I'll...I'll have to see what happens next."
"Alright then."
Up until now, Khuzo knew he could get help, but he had simply forgotten about how Shungo had kept Death at bay for him twice, and how Reika could heal. Still, Hitan wanted his children back. He would have to see what goes.
Dak(White fire)
Out of forest, looking for nearby town. Slaves have been picked up by Mao Fuzi.
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
The group, now smaller and free of slaves, was resting at the edge of the forest. A main road lay in front of them and they were deciding where to go next. According to Kar's map, the trader route wound south back through the edge of the forest to a port town in a Fire Nation colony. Yohni had already set off for that town earlier for a Messenger Hawk. The Hawk had arrived, but Yohni hadn't. Bai Mao made the deciscion to move on ahead and try to avoid the slave port.
Bai Mao was writing a letter to send to Po-kun while Dak was patching up everyone's clothes. At Bai Mao's request, he was making the fireflower clothing more ragged in order to fit in with other trader bands. He had the children smearing bits of tar to stain the clothing while Ariel washed most of the muck off. It left dirty gray patches on them to a good effect. With some intentional bad stitching and fake patchwork, Dak managed to make the previously nice white garments soiled and ragged.
"Well," Gweh started, "There's another port on this map, but it's way north."
"It'll have to do. The less we interact with traders, the better." Bai Mao replied as he tied the message to the bird's leg.
"Ok, but there's another town before we get there. It's, uh, Sofun."
Dak looked over. "Sofun? That sounds familiar... Let me see that map." He studied it for a moment, and sighed.
"I know that place, and the port. It's where I got off when I fled the Fire Nation. The port's name it Tao-Lin Bay. But, when I stayed there, I heard about Sofun. It's a pirate town. Not somewhere we should be going, I'm sure."
"Are you positive? I've never heard of Sofun." Gweh asked.
"No, he's right. I've heard rumors too. It's a seedy place at best." Bai Mao cut in.
"Well, we can't afford to go around, and you want to avoid the trader port..."
Bai Mao ignored the jab. "Dak, what about this Tao-Lin place?"
"Well, it's a great city. It's a big free port that does trade with the Water Tribe and the Fire Nation. Clean, safe, big walls, perfect place to rest before we set out. Only, this map," Dak pointed at the dot that symbolized the port, "Is wrong. It's much farther north, with a few more towns on the road."
"How long?" Gweh asked.
"A week maybe, with no stops." Dak shrugged.
"Sounds perfect. But, it's a long way. It means we can't go around Sofun. We'll have to keep our heads down and try not to stir up any trouble." Bai Mao replied.
Gweh agreed. They folded up the map and packed their gear up. Once everyone was prepared and ready, they began their long walk to Sofun.

An Avatar RPG? Just what I need....
Name: Hoduku Denshi (Literally "the undoing electron")
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Loyalty: Water Tribe
Bending Ability: Manipulation of sub-atomic world
Other information: While not a macro bender (ie: water, fire, earth, or wind), Denshi can transmute anything into anything. He can also manipulate the sub-atomic state of the element, as well as its location. He carries an iron sword, from which much of his attacks come from. He is a fairly competent weaponologist, an expirenced assasin and has extensive knowledge of the elements. He can not transmute highly radioactive elements. Denshi perfers not to directly attack an opponent, rather, he would poisin them with mercury darts or a chunk of ceisum. Overall, Denshi is a minimalist, perfering nonaction and practicing the transmutation of the elements. In addition to the considerable advantages, he has the ability to pass on his bending ability to a person of choice. However, the past expirences of previous benders do not come with it.
Maximus: Non-bender, hand-to-hand specialist, and sharpshooter.
Esther: Waterbender.
-------------------------------------------------
Maximus anchored the ship not too far off of the shore. Esther was puzzled and asked, "Why are we stopping Maxy?"
"If someone comes on the boat, then someone will find something I want kept a secret."
He walked over to the machine and pulled a lever down. The small Water Tribe boat lowered slowly into the water. Maximus jumped in first and then offered his hand to Esther. She grabbed his hand and he helped her get onto the boat. As soon as she was sitting comfortably on the boat, Maximus grabbed a paddle and started to row towards the shore of the island. The bottom of the boat hit the sand and Maximus jumped out. His feet was being drenched in the ocean water as he was pulling the boat onto the middle of the beach by a rope tied to the bow. Esther jumped out and waited for Maximus to finish getting whatever he needed from the boat.
"Where to Maxy?"
"There should be a tavern nearby. We'll meet her there. But first, I need some new gear, and I know just the guy to go to."
Maximus started to walk off the beach and Esther followed suit. He looked towards the northeast direction and saw a fairly large house on top of a small hill.
"Wow! That's a pretty big house! Whose is it?"
"It's mine."
"Really?"
"Yes. I had it built not too long ago. Now, let's go. I need to pick up some money from there before we go meet that man. Oh...one more thing. No waterbending in public. Okay?"
"Why?"
"It's a Fire Nation island, so they won't treat you with hospitality."
Esther nodded and then looked towards the house with wide eyes.
"You coming?" asked Maximus as he was walking ahead of her.
"Hey! Wait up!" yelled Esther as she ran to catch up to him.
They walked for a few minutes and then ended up in front of a tall metal gate. Maximus took off his shoe and shook it a bit. A key fell out and Maximus picked it up. He lodged it into the keyhole and twisted it to the right. Maximus turned the knob and opened the gate. Esther ran in first and ran all the way to the front door. Maximus slowly made his way up and then turned the key so the teeth faced down. As soon as he got the door open, he walked in with Esther and closed the door behind them.
"So....does anyone live with you? Relatives? Family? Friends?"
"You ask a lot of questions..."
"I'm just curious."
Maximus walked up a flight of stairs to the second floor and then went into a large bedroom that was filled with many extravagant items, like silk curtains, gold plated objects, and other flashy objects. He walked over to a small desk next to his bed and opened the drawer with the same key he used to open the gates and the door. He pulled out a large sack that made the sound of coins banging against each other. He opened it up and Esther peeked into it. There was a large amount of gold coins inside the sack.
"Why is there so much?!?!?"
"Don't worry. I didn't steal it if that's what you're thinking."
"I wasn't thinking that, but now you got me thinking that."
He took some coins out and then thought about it. Maximus put the coins back into the sack and then closed the drawers. He tightened the sack and then fastened it onto his belt. He walked out of the room and then descended down the flight of stairs. Esther followed suit and closed the door behind them as soon as they were out. They walked not too far from the house and ended up in front of an average looking supplies shop.
"We're buying food? Don't we have enough?"
Maximus ignored her question and walked right in. No one was at the counter and Maximus rang a bell. A bulky man walked out from behind the curtains and looked Maximus in the eyes.
"Maximus! Long time no see buddy! I thought you joined the army."
"It's kind of complicated but long story short, I left. How you been doing Rios?"
"Not that bad actually. This island's rebuilding was completed not too long after you left....Well! Who do we have here?" asked the Rios. Esther hid behind Maximus and looked at Rios with nervous eyes.
"She's a friend's kid but let's get straight to the point. I need some new 'things'."
"Oh. Come with me."
He walked into the back of the shop and Maximus and Esther followed. As soon as they were in, Rios closed the entrance off with metal doors and pulled a lever. The walls flipped open and each wall was lined with weapons, supplies, and armor. Maximus walked down each wall and inspected each object carefully. After a few minutes, he picked out all of his armor and tried it on.
"How's it fit?"
"Not bad actually. Why don't you tell me about it."
"Well....it is the latest military armor for some of the assassins. It is lightly padded, so arrows will most likely do normal or below average damage."
"Wouldn't want to make it too hard for others now would I."
"No you wouldn't."
Maximus picked up some supplies, like ropes, thin string, and knives. He put them into the pockets of his belt pouches.
"Hey, Rios. Do you have any bows?"
"Actually....I just got a new shipment of these new bows. It's a prototype, but it works like all of the other bows. It's fully operational and can be used in battle. No one has one yet except for us third party sellers."
Rios walked over to the wall with all of the weapons hanging on hooks. He pulled a bow that was hanging right in the middle. He handed to Maximus and watched as Maximus was testing the string.
"It's limb is as sharp as some of the swords I carry here and can be used like a sword. The shield on limb is for hand protection from enemy attacks. The three blades right here are for attacking people who try to face you head on while you're trying to shoot. The string is the best money can buy, and will probably last you a long time."
Maximus swung it a bit and then asked, "Can all of this come in...black?"
Rios smiled and then said, "I knew you would ask, so I had another set just for you. It was just in case you decided to come back. Wait outside and I'll bring it out front."
Maximus nodded and then went out to the front counter. Rios came out a few minutes later and handed him a huge box.
"It's in there."
Maximus pulled out half of the gold coins in the sack and then put it onto the table.
"I think you gave me a little extra."
"I can't count. You can have the extra."
"Thanks!"
"Do you have a changing room?"
"Yes. In the back."
Maximus walked into the empty room and started to change. While he was changing, Rios looked at Esther and smiled.
"What's your name little girl?"
"Esther...."
"Nice name...."
They were both silent and they both started to look around the shop. Maximus walked out and then put the bow onto his back.
"Fits like a glove."
"Hey, what do you plan to do with all that stuff?"
"Just some exploring..."
"Ahh...."
Maximus and Esther walked out of the shop and looked right across the brick pathway and saw a tavern.
"There it is."
"It was right across the street?"
"Hey. It's a tiny island. What do you expect?"
Esther shrugged and then walked towards the entrance.
"Make sure you try not to cause a commotion or anything. Be subtle."
He walked in first and then Esther walked in right behind him.
Amaterasu Okami: Firebending General
Haruhi Haetei: Waterbending Master
Hakuro Hakudoshi: Earthbending Master

At the Ba Sing Se Dock...........
Haruhi: Where is the ship headed to?
Amaterasu: The Black Citadel..........that's where I burned half of my face off.
Hakuro: Why are we headed there?
Amaterasu: To settle a score................
They slowly jumped on a canoe and rowed off to the south.........
---------------
Sunset
---------------
Hakuro: We've been rowing for hours, can't we take a brake.
Amaterasu: Fine. Let's sleep until nightfall.
----------------------------
3 hours past nightfall
----------------------------
Haruhi yawned and without hesitation woke the guys up.
Amaterasu: I think we're here.
They walked 8 miles until they found a gate requiring three elements to open.
Hakuro: How are we supposed to open the gate.
Amaterasu: Hakuro, earthbend that boulder into that hole over there and Haruhi, waterbend water into that tube.
They did those things without hesitation and Amaterasu had to use green fire, the last requirement to open the gate. He concentrated so hard it turned lighter than he expected. The gate opened slowly and a evil laugh came with it.
??????: So you came back to get the other half burned off.
Amaterasu: I've come to settle the score with you, Vicinity.
Vicinity revealed himself out of the shadows and put a dagger at Haruhi's neck.
Vicinity: Well, you're so weak you need com.........
Amaterasu grabbed his neck so hard he dropped the dagger and he used firebending to burn the skin off Vicinity's neck.
Amaterasu: It seems you got weaker.
Vicinity threw a fireball at Amaterasu, but he intercepted it and threw it right back at him. They both threw lightning at each other until Vicinity had the advantage, but Amaterasu dodged it and then it struck Hakuro.
Haruhi: There's no heartbeat.
to be continued...........

Ok, I wanted to point out somethings about this post. lol!
1. Where is the water in Ba sing Se? Last I checked, it wasn't a "river coastline" city that has boats.
And that second line: lame. "Brake" ? Were you trying to be punny? lolz

I don't mean to be an @sshole but this isn't instant messanger. I'm not going to knock heads when someone forgets to use a period or not capitalize whatever words they may be using but please at least use spell check(TV.COM took the liberty of helping us out)
And also please use normal sentence structures like using plural words or past/present/future words as well. Seriously I not an english professor but it kinda hurts to read sometimes

Khuzo and Ridge, mercanaries
Reika, Shungo
Khuzo's home forest
--
Khuzo sat on the edge of small river boat, half asleep. They had passed through several villages, and finally returned to the lush, vast part forest, part jungle, part swampland that Khuzo called home. It had several elements from all three environments, and noone knew what to call it. Khuzo loved it. It was filled with snakes and animals that had useful venoms for poison, excellent hides and body parts that could be used for all sorts of things, and the plant life itself seemed to be perfect for forging everything Khuzo actually need, ranging from good food to good bombs.
"Wow, it's really peaceful out here," Reika said in awe. Fish were moving in large groups in the direction opposite of the boat.
Khuzo looked at the boat driver.
"Something is wrong."
"Yes...yes very wrong," he said in return.
"What is it, Khuzo?" Shungo asked, and then Ridge got up and pulled out his bow. Suddenly the thick smell of burning wood and flesh covered the air.
"What...what is that smell?!" Reika asked, and she covered her nose in disgust.
Khuzo turned and looked at Ridge.
"Scorchers," he said quietly, and the driver suddenly changed course.
"I'll let you off at the shore, but I won't go further."
"Fine, fair enough," Khuzo said, and he jumped out of the boat as it made it's turn. He hit the water but it was only knee deep where they were at by the shore. Everyone else quickly jumped off. Reika suddenly pulled up one of her legs. It was covered in mud, watery plant life, and a leech.
"Eeew...."
"Quiet," Khuzo said, and a leech suddenly dropped right on his face. It attached itself to his cheek but he made no means to grab it. He let it stay there, as if nothing about it sucked his blood from his own face bothered him.
"Doesn't that...doesn't that hurt?!" Shungo asked.
Ridge spoke for Khuzo as one attached itself to his arm.
"Believe me, once you crawl around environments like this for long enough, you become one with it. It doesn't bother you."
Next he pulled out a rag and covered Reika's head for her. Then he handed one to Shungo.
"Still, they can make newcomers sick until your body builds up an immunity to the toxins they put in your body."
"What do they do?"
"Make you pass out, so others can latch on. After enough get on you, they either suck you dry over put too much poison in you."
"I think I'm gonna be sick," Reika said. Khuzo began to move for shore. His swords were out. They all followed, but suddenly Ridge pushed Reika down along with Shungo.
"Stay down, and let us take care of this, got it?"
They both nodded. Ridge got up and left, meeting up with Khuzo. Khuzo gave him some weird handsigns, and then Ridge nodded, and moved out. It was incredible, watching them move so quietly. Not even the plantlife that was brushed aside by their movements made a noise of any kind.
Khuzo moved along the outskirts of a small village. He could see his hut in the distance. He moved past a tree and up to the wall, where he peered inside. Nothing. He moved in through the window. He stayed quiet, but grabbed a few viles of different poisons, some knives, and some more explosives. He put the dangerous bombs and poisons in places where they wouldn't get damaged. Special pouches, hidden pockets. Then he laid down the bow and special arrows he didn't need, because he had Ridge for that. He equipped the knives to a belt across his chest. Finally, he pulled out both swords and came up to a pair of chains lying on the ground. He knelt down and stuck both swords in the ground. He then attached a long chain around each sword and a small smile came across his face when he remembered that special thing his father had taught him.
Ridge carefully reentered the water, and grabbed a hollow reed from a nearby patch. Pulling off the top and checking the bottom, he looked through it and saw that it was clear. He quietly slipped down into the water, until only his head was left. Then, that too disappeared underneath the surface.
Khuzo came out of the jungle forest and up against a small hut. He could hear crying. He looked out carefully into the center of the village and saw a girl there. She couldn't be any older than 17. Possibly 16. She was very attractive, and covered almost completely by a black robe that looked very similar to something he had seen before and that his brain warned him to be aware of. He carefully ran across another building.
Ridge was moving stealthily underwater, and through the cover of another reed patch, he peered his head out ever so slightly. He saw the girl. He couldn't see Khuzo, but knew that he was there. He saw the girl crying. What was she doing out there. Most of the buildings were burned down, and she was the only thing still breathing out there. Bodies were strewn all across the center of the village.
Khuzo suddenly jetted out for the girl when the coast was clear. He slid down on the dirt to get to her. He grabbed her, but she resisted. Looking up, there were tears in here eyes.
"Comon', let's go!" Khuzo whispered fiercely.
"I'm sorry," she said pathetically. There was clear torment in her voice.
"Sorry? Sorry for what?"
"For helping lead you out here," a voice spoke.
Khuzo suddenly received a kick so powerful, he flew back into one of the few remaining huts at least thirty feet from where he had been standing. Ridge quietly came farther out of the water. He readied his bow.
Khuzo pulled himself up, but was picked up and thrown back towards the center of the village. He slammed hard against the ground, and looked up to see the face of the girl.
"I'm sorry," she said again, and suddenly a huge torrent of water surged out of the river and flew into the air, about to land on him. He twirled up and his legs spread out far and he spun 360 degrees, kicking the girl off of her feet with extreme force, and the water torrent blew apart in the air. He regained his footing, and pulled out his swords. The chains were attached to hooks on the bottom of the handles and wound up his arms. He turned to face the other attack. Ridge's left eye closed and the right one focused on it's target.
The fight was on.
