Spike (Archer)

Lee and I just had a tiny fight and in the end Lee ran away somewhat hurt, vowing to fight me again in the future.

I was a little hurt, from the fire that was hurled at me by Dak. "That man was messed up in the head," I thought to myself. "Dak was a ruthless man that could not be trusted, so I guess its good that I am going solo again. I still need to make it to Ba-Sing-Se and find my friends at that Hami tournament."

Just then, I heard a rustle in the bushed near me. Two men in Fire Nation uniforms leaped out of the bushes and I jumped back due to being very startled.

The large soldier yelled, "Halt. Who are you?"

I replied, "Spike. I am a Hitman of the Fire Nation."

The shorter of the two soldiers replied, "Ehhh you ain't no Hitman for the Fire Nation. You are one of those escaped slave from that slave fighting arena thing."

I replied, "Yes, I was captured and put into slave arena fighting. Thats only becuase the people that captured me didn;t beleive that I was a Fire Nation Hitman due to the fact that I don't wear a Fire Nation uniform. I don't wear of Fire Nation uniform because I am a Hitman!!"

"Ehhh, you lost me," the big one responded.

I replied, "Trust me. Take me to your commander and I will-"

"You wanted to see me," a third man said from behind me.

I turned around and said, "You are the Commander?"

The third man replied, "Commander Higginson at your duty."

I then said, "Okay well I am Spike. A Hitman for the Fire Nation My two partners are Mayhem and Bulldozer."

Commander Higginson replied, "Oh, I see. Well, ummm, errr. I am sorry for your loss."

I questioned, "My loss?"

Commander Higginson answered, "Yes, your friend, Bulldozer. He's dead. So I said, I am sorry for your loss..."

I yelled, "WHAT! Bulldozer is dead!?!?!?!"

The first big Fire Nation soldier budded in, "Heh, you being his friend and all I thought you would have known by know."

The second smaller soldier added, "Yeah, he died heroically though."

I wiped a little tear from my eye and replied, "How did he die? HOW DID BULLDOZER DIE?!?!?!?"

Commander Higginson answered, "Well let me explain the whole story since I witnessed the event from a distance. I led a small group of soldiers into a remote little villiage to attack it, and claim it for the Fire Nation. But then all of a sudden a large storm hit. And it became hard to Fire Bend sort of. And then in the midst of the storm appeared a gruesome man. My troop attempted to attack that man, but he killed them all..."

I yelled, "And you? You are alive!"

Higginson yelled back, "Lemme finish the dam story. So, that man killed my whole troop, except for me, Bulldozer, and...

The two other Fire Nation soldiers both budded in simultaneously, "And me."

Higginson continued, "Yes, you two were still alive with me and Bulldozer as well. I ordered my three soldiers, as well as myself, to retreat. But Bullodzer insisted on having us retreat, as he would battle the man. Me, and these two soldiers retreated. But, Bulldozer satyed and fought the man."

The larger soldier added, "That man was scary!"

The shorter one added, "Yeah, I heard that man rips people hearts out!"

Higginson said, "Yes, that man is a menace to the Fire Nation. And he must be stopped. If he is not with us, then he must fall."

I asked, "So Bulldozer was killed by that man?"

Higginson answered, "Well, he was never seen again. The next day I checked that remote villiage and no survivors were found, except for ripped off limbs and body parts that is."

I yelled, "Well as a Hitman of the Fire Nation it is my duty to be assigned targets and eliminate them!"

Higginson said, "Alirght then kid, I like your spunk. Lemme give you some targets that I want you to kill. Your targets are ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?,??and any members of a new terrorist group known as the Iron Fist. Good luck on killing all or most of the targets you encounter. See you in the future Spike!"

I turned around and continued my trip to find Mayhem, and then I would search for all of my targets!

Here's a character I plan to kill off??about 50 stories later.....

Firebender

Age: late 40's/50's

Bio: nothing to put yet.... There'll be more as it goes along.... I won't be RPG'ing as him, but I'll allude to him sometimes...

Indra (Waterbender)Is this all that is left for me now? Indra thought as she played her flute on the street corner, in the town of Kanken. Every once in a while a passer by would stop listen her play and drop some pieces into her open purse.??Could this possibly be my only purpose in life? To play this flute it for the rest of my existence? Is that why it was given to me? And why I could play it without ever played it before?

The busy marketplace was indifferent of Indra's presence. These people had lives all their own. Lives selling food, clothes, tools, crafted artistry. They knew, more or less, what they were doing and who they were. They didn't lead lives that required Indra was torn between hating her cowardice in fleeing Ba Sing Se, hating her brethren for betraying her, and confusion as to why. Why did they betray her? So many questions and no means to answer them.

The sun was setting and the crowd began to thin itself out, and Indra decided she'd played long enough for today. She slid her flute into it's sheep cow skin pouch when she noticed a crumpled up piece of paper in her purse. Who's idea of a joke is this? Indra thought causticly as she took it out. She opened the paper up, just out of mock curiosity, and her eyes went wide when she saw what was scrawled with a crude pen on paper:

Lesson of the Day: Copy and pasting from Microsoft Word Processor yields??annoying ass??results. And "D" is someone new. Not Darkboy or Dak or any other character who's name starts with D...

Scorch (Elite Fire Bender)

Just fought Obsidian in the plaza

Scorch had been having trouble walking and felt his chi had been drained from the fight. Making that many duplicates requires a lot of energy, chi, and concentration; he was amazed he was able to master it to that point. He had been walking, more like struggling, to Ami's home and leaned against a wall, noticing flyers on it, including another one for the tournement and one for news of an Angi Kai in Ba-Sing-Se. It read:

Attention all who read this: A menace to our society known as Willy Woo has been killed. Willy's girlfriend, Sindra, has been killed as well. Willy's partner in crime, Berracore, was also killed that same day.

"Willy Woo?" asked Scorch to himself. "I thought he was a good guy?" But Scorch could feel his knees giving out and continued forth to the manson. He finally saw it ahead and continued to press on. He got up to the door and opened it, walking inside. The curtain was taken down, so that must've meant Ami delivered her child already. Scorch continued to walk inside when finally his knees gave out and he fell to the ground, making a loud thud when he landed on the ground. His world then went black, and he fainted in the doorstep.

Scorch woke later to find he was in a bed, noticing he had been stripped of his clothes and put into new ones,??and looked to his side. He saw Rin fast asleep in her chair and Scorch chuckled.

"You know, we have to stop??meeting like this," said Scorch. Rin jumped and walked over to his bed before slapping him. "Ouch, what was that for?"

"What's the matter with you?" she asked, "you scared me Scorch. I thought you weren't going to make it." A tear slid down her cheek and she smiled softly.

"I'm sorry," said Scorch, "Obsidian attacked, and I had to stop him." It hurt when he spoke and breathed.

"Well, that doesn't matter," said Rin, "if we're going to get married, you can't die!" Tears had flooded her face and Scorch got up and hugged her.

"Don't worry," said Scorch, "I wouldn't leave you again. I won't leave you again." She burried her head in his chest and sobbed some more. Scorch lifted his hand and brought it to her chin, tilting her head up slightly so that her eyes met his. He arms wrapped around his neck and she stood on her toes, her face only a few inches from his.

"You promise?" asked Rin.

"Promise," said Scorch and he moved his head to meet his lips with hers. She opened her mouth and Scorch slid his tongue inside, and she tangled hers with his, the tears on her face quickly fading. She stepped towards him a little bit and his legs were right against the bed side, and he could feel??he was losing his balance. She stepped closer and they both fell back onto the bed. Rin pulled her face away from Scorch's and looked into his red eyes.

"Rin?" asked Scorch, "what are you doing?" She rested her head on his chest and giggled slightly.

"Is something wrong?" she asked while her hand was dancing up his torso. She moved up closer to him again and kissed him again. Before she could continue, they heard a knocking on the wood door. Rin quickly pulled away and got up.

"Hey, Rin?" called??Ami from the other side, "is Scorch better yet?"

"Uh, yeah," she replied. Scorch stood up just as??Ami came into the room.

"Hey Ami," said Scorch, "how's it going?"

"Good," replied Ami, "you want to meet them?"

"Meet who?" asked Scorch.

"The new additions to the family," said Ami, "who else?"

"Additions?" asked Scorch. (Ami, Rin, someone take it from here)

Brimstone aka Xiou(firebending, scimitar, sai)

Ch 5 (around the time of bitter work)

it was a bright sunny day in the firenation capital. i remember that day like it was yesterday. my 6th birthday, my father managed to return home just for this. your 6th is when youre suppost to start your training as a warrior. he gave me the scimitar as an entrance into my life as a warrior.

"here you go, son. with this sword, i will be with you forever"

6 months later: i was playing with a few of my friends in the alley next to my house. we were playing a game common among Firenation boys called D.R.A.G.O.N. a game similar to HORSE where you do complicated martial arts moves and the other guys gotta copy it. anyway, we were playing it when i saw 3 soldier approach my house and knock on the door. my mother answered and they started talking. one of them removed his helmet and handed her a parchment. she read it and started crying. she dropped it and ran inside. the soldiers walked away and i ran over to see what it was. i picked up the paper and read it. it said that my father was killed in action. i sat down against the wall and covered my face to stop the tears

"why dad, why?"

i opened my eyes.

where am i i thought before i remembered i was in Sakos house, asleep on the floor.

"bad dream?" i heard him say from the kitchen where he was making some tea.

"no, just a sad one"

he walked over to me and handed me a cup of tea.

"here you go, Xiou."

"call me Brimstone. that was my nickname in the army"

"fair enough"

"so whats goin on. its almost dawn" i asked

"were goin on a raid around noon. theres a Firenation tri-cannon tank outside the city headed for Ba Sing Se and we need to stop it before it hits the last haven on earth"

"great. im gonna practice some firebending" i got up

"your gonna need it. Azula's probly with them"

"great" i said rolling my eyes

i walked outside and started practicing my fire tornado which wasnt going that well

why cant i get this right?"

it was just before noon when Indigo came out.

"saddle up, Brimstone??were going"

i walked outside the gate and the other five were outside on their ostrige horses

Sako sttarted going over the plan

"allright heres the plan. Somo, Azar. your gonna go in first Somo from the left, Azar to the right. take out as many troops as you can. Indigo, Yin. youll come from the rear and aid Somo and Azar, theyll need some firebenders to help. Brimstone and I will sneak up on top and ambush them inside and destroy the damn thing. now watch out for Azula and her 2 friends. ones an amazing warrior who masters progectiles and the other one knows how to take your bending away and disable even the strongest man. its just a simple ambush mission, get in, and blow the damn thing up without losing anyone. clear?"

"clear!" we all said

"lets kick their ass"

we rode for about 20 minites untill we saw a dust cloud in front of us

"Somo, Azar. go!" they rode in front of us and engaged the enemy

"Brimstone, were gonna separate and wait till they widdle down the ranks"

"right"

we broke off and the other two split off in a v formation. we rode up to a couple rocks near by and waited. i could hear the yells and screams of the soldiers and Yin and Indigo firebending.

"lets go!"

i drew my scimitar and started cutting down anyone in my path. there was blood and body parts flying all around me. it was all a blur untill i got to the tank.

"come on" he yelled holding out his hand to pull me on the tank

"LOOK OUT!" i yelled as an archer was aming at him. he took out his bowie knife and chucked it at him with amazing precision.

he opened up the hatch and we both unleashed our fire and killed everyone in there in seconds.

"get in" he commanded as we jumped in and closed the hatch

he walked to the controlls and stopped the tank and i started to look around. i spied a charred body of a soldier.

"S-s-s-ako. these arent Firenation. these are Earth legionares"

"yeah, i know"

"what"

"theyre traitors to their nation. they were going to help the Firenation"

"How can you prove that? they could be helping Ba Sing Se in the fight against the Firenation"

"How can you prove they were not?"

we stared at eachother for a while and then i realized

"you knew all along. you knew they were Earth and you still killed them."

"i needed to do this to keep the Firenation off my back so we can continue opperations. now come on, lets blow this thing up"

"no"

"what?"

"no. this isnt what i signed on for. your killing people whove never wronged you and who thought you??were on their side. you the worst kind of traitor"

"SHUT UP!" you know nothing about my life and the hell i went through. if you dont want to be a part of the Iron Fist, then you will die"

we jumped to our battle stances and got ready to fight. unfortunatley he caught me off guard and i couldnt defend myself in time. he hit me with a strong fireball that knocked me to the back of the tank. i hit my head on the iron pannel and everything went fuzzy.

the hatch opened. it was Somo

"Sako, Brimstone, we gotta go. calvary comming and were outnumbered"

"i gotta blow it up"

"no time, we gotta ride"

"allright" he climbed up to the top and looked back down at me "i thought you, of all people would understand. i guess i was wrong" he closed and locked the hatch and i heard them ride off.

i couldnt get up at all. my head felt like it was on fire.

it seemed like an eternity before the hatch opened. i looked into the light

"well, well, well. looks like we got ourselves a fire spy. tie him up and bring him with us"
