I, Iroh, leave my chain of popular tea shops to my kind and loving nephew, Zuko. I also leave some dresses that I bought for Azula when they popular in the Earth Kingdom, which was before she started to chase us to try and capture us and lock us away in an unnamed location in the Fire Nation. As for the Avatar and his friends, I leave them each a coupon for a free cup of tea from my original shop in Ba Sing Se!

Aang: I give to Katara my love, the wilted panda lily I saved for her, and my airbending staff, because I know she won't try to crack walnuts open with it. I leave to Sokka the few copper pieces I have and whatever's left of the seal jerky I took to make the campfire last night. To Toph, I give a smile and a punch on the back as revenge for making me earthbend while being blindfolded.

I also give Appa to Sokka and Momo to Katara. Katara: To Aang, I give my necklace, a hug, and my waterbending scrolls, which he'd better use! I give to Sokka my canteen, the clothes I'm not wearing (no, Sokka, don't say anything) and a kiss for dad when he comes home. For Toph, I bestow upon her the lacy fan and calligraphy set I bought in Ba Sing Se in memory of her "sister".

To Zuko, I give him a waterwhip and a smirk.

Sokka: Okay, let me make this clear: nobody touch my stuff! (That includes the last of the bacon we fried, you hear me, Toph?)

Toph: Since I don't really think I'm going to die soon, (and wouldn't give you guys anything even if I did,) I request that you bury me in the most "earthy" place in the world along with all of my most prized possessions... no, Katara, no fancy dresses or china dolls, thank you very much.

Zuko: As my dying wish, I request that Uncle Iroh give Azula a serious whipping. That is all.

Iroh: ...What, I'm not old enough to die.

Thanks Heh, I thought of Iroh's because in "The Storm", Sokka says "I'm too young to die!" And the fisherman says, "I'm not, but I still don't want to!" Seems unrelated, but it's funny anyways.
