I agree. Even as the Fire Lord I feel the "hundreds" of dragons is far too large considering that there hasn't been enough time for them to breed that much. Not only that but these are some pretty huge beasts. There's no way they'd reach sexual maturity in a few months. :p

Upwards of 30-60 dragons I feel would be a better figure. Primarily for the game but also realism.

    Thank you.

I haven't declared an Adult bison population yet though, I wonder what that should be.

4 temples...Maybe, X number of bison per temple, plus the bison moving around all the time, IDK. It's a hard number to make.

yea good idea. but how many do we have at each temple. plus we have the refugee bison from the NAT. they could probably make it to me or the eastern temple.

There were some 450 dragons at the battle of Chameleon Bay - and at least 1/3 of them escaped. That's 150 dragons for you right there. The Dragon Population didn't have to recover too much.

The Fire Nation's army has dropped to just 10,000 men - a whole bunch of benders have been recruited, and a whole bunch of non-benders kicked out.

Correct. Axrendale, I've said this 3 times now, our war balloons are exactly the same. Except for color.

My War balloons are much bigger than yours, and have cannons. I'd say that pretty much qualifies them as better. My tanks are now the same type as the one featured in 208 - big, mean, and able to travel at incredible speed. Superior to what you've got. My ships? Again, bigger, faster, and equipped with weapons you don't have. If that's not superior, I don't know what is.

Dafoose - did I say they were superior? No. Just able to counter your own tactics better.

Seriously people, nobody complained when Isabel brought out the Screaming Badgers - this is not nearly as "god modding" as that was.

Just to repeat myself, I'll say that I already had 100 - 150 dragons to work with. Assuming that Dragons can lay at least 2 eggs at once, my numbers are back in the hundreds.

In recognition of the shifts of power rocking the world, Phoenix King Axrendale makes a decision to do a series of sweeping reforms over all aspects of the Fire Nation.

    Military:

Phoenix Queen Azula is charged with completely reforming the Fire Nation military. The Military's new slogan is "Almost perfect isn't good enough". A strict new training regimen and recruiting policy is enacted to ensure that every single soldier is a firebender who is skilled in non-bending martial arts, weapon handling, and basic engineering. The infantry based army is transformed into the epitome of versatility; no matter what the situation, every soldier will have skills to tackle it. The new favored tactics of the FN is to use it's superior Ships, Balloons, and Carrier Tanks to mass troops against their opponents at short range, using bomb-propelling cannons to force relucatant enemies to engage. The army's new adeptness at close-quarters combat of all types at a moment's notice will allow the to fight much more efectively against the hit-and-run tactics of the "Screaming Badgers" and Airbenders.

    Economic:

Land redistribution laws are passed, granting free land to thousands of previously unemployed people. The massed opening up of new centers of food production ensures that the Fire nation remains well ahead of all other nations as far as food supplies are concerned. A debt cancellation law creates considerable ease for the FN economy.

    Technology:

The Fire Nation works to improve the quality of it's metal working, allowing for greater quantities of raw iron to be processed, increasing production for the military.

The FN has begun working on Drill Technology.

    Other:

The Dragon Population has recovered. Several hundred Dragons dwell in the FN capital.

I may be adding to this, as more FN people come on, and may have something to add. I request that it remain the FN's move for a while, in case they wish to do so.

I'm going to be out for a few hours now - so if you have anything to say to me, just send a pm.

EDIT: New technology begun work on - thanks Psychopass

At no point did I ever say that my warriors are now superior to the other Nations'. I only said that they are now much more versatile for what they can be used for, and they have developed a fighting style that is equal to the tactics of their opponents.

Not exactly the "god modding" that you accuse me of.

Dafoose, I am getting a bit tired of going over this with you.

I had 100-150 dragons to work with. It is not inconcievable that by now they have been able to reproduce, giving a boost to the population. If a dragon lays at least 2 eggs (it could easily be far more), that is at least 200 dragons I have.

In any case, they are nowhere near ready for combat, most of them still being infants. You can rest easy.

I really don't understand why you are getting so upset about these dragons. The battle of Chameleon Bay proved that they can be killed very, very, easily. They are not that great. Why do you keep harping on about them?

Okay, I',m fairly sure that I've adressed most of the main points. A brief re-cap, just for those who want it all summed up:

    - The switch to all benders has resulted in a loss of 3300 soldiers from the FN army. We now have only 10,000 troops.

    - The Dragon increase in numbers is more than possible, and really shouldn't matter that much, as Dragons really aren't as powerful as everyone is making them out to be.

    - The new tactics of the army do not make them better than the warriors of other Nations, just better suited to counter their tactics.

-FN technology is superior to other Nations. Live with it.
