This was my evil plan - I am willing to sanction Zutara in order to win this war!
To demonstrate his new friendship to his new relatives, Phoenix King Axrendale grants the Water Tribe tank technology, metallurgy, and allows them a number of Fire nation Islands with abundant iron supplies (rented).

I will now explain my reasoning for burning down everything in the part of the Earth Kingdom I controlled.
Reasons:
1: The loot and slaves. I get a massive amount of extra cash to swing around.
2: I have now moved all of my soldiers back to the Fire Nation. Any attack on the Fire nation will now be met with 13,000 defending troops. I am virtually unassailable.
3: Nobody can use that land now. It will remain neutral ground for the remainder of the RPG.
4: I think it sends a very powerful message.

With his new money, Phoenix King Axrendale holds the biggest wedding party in History. The entire Fire Nation errupts into celebration. Between the parades, drinks, free slaves, cancellation of taxes, monetary gifts, and Azula ready to barbarcue anyone who so much as thinks a word of treason, the Fire Nation citizenry is complete in it's support of it's leaders.
Any attack on the Fire nation will now be met with 13,000 defending veteran soldiers, 7000 of them combat veterans. Dragon-War Balloons, Mark-II Tanks, and Warships designed to accomodate Waterbending allies criss-cross the landscape. TBDs are in abundance. The surviving Dragons are brought back to the Capital.

1. The Earth Kingdom has opened 5 new hatcheries for badger-moles, who will be trained from birth to maximize loyalty and obedience.
2. The Earth Kingdom has also created a new type of airship called a sandship. It will contain multiple sand benders and will drop "sand bombs" from the air. Each ship will contain 50 tons of sand. Sand has a tendency to damage machinery. These sandships will be built immediately.
3. The Earth Kingdom has heard of the injustice of the Fire Nation. They are more determined than ever to win this war. Our soldiers have increased.
