Actually, I suppose it'd do no harm now to tell you that I have granted the Water Tribe Tank, War Balloon, and Armoured Ship technology. I'm building my allies up as a powerful force.

I'm not going to tell you when Sozin's comet arrives. I prefer to keep you on your toes Libraman will announce it's imminent arrival at the appropriate time.
