Sokka Chapter two: Cactus juice and Friendly mushroom fundue.
Bonus: Book 1 Chapter 34: Memes and Aang cancel each other out. No exeptions. LOLZ

Okay there's a good 1 that we can get more detail put into

    Sokka's Cookbook for Dummies

Chapter 2: Cactus juice and Friendly Mushroom Fundue

Section 1: where to find cacti

-Cacti can be found anywhere, mainly in the desert. They are gree plants with hard shells and thousands of thorn-like spines. These spines hurt when ingested.

*Remember* Cacti spines not to be ingested

    Section 2: Why Cacti

-Cacti are filled with, you guessed it, Cactus Milk. This milk is full of proteins and water needed to fulfill your body's needs.

Section 3: How to eat Cacti

-As previously stated, Cacti contain cactus milk. The milk is the healthy part of the cactus, however a master of cactus cooking is more than capable of preparing every inch of the cactus.

*TIP* The best way to get the milk and avoid the spines at the same time is to carefully pick off the spines using your hands, but to keep your hands out of prodding range, wear think leather gloves.

-Once the spines are removed, discard them, prefferably somewhere you will not step on them later.

*TIP* a good use of discarded cactus spines is dart tips.

-Now you have to drain the cactus milk. Cut a hole in the side of a cactus and allow liquid to pour into a cup or bowl of some sort. After wards cut the cactus shell in half, put half out in the sun to dry. Take the other half and dice it, afterwards place diced cactus into the same bowl or cup you poured the cactus milk in to.

-Once the other half of the cactus has dried, cut it into a bowl shape, then por the cactus soup into the bowl, add some mushrooms, some carrots, some bear-moose, let it dry out a little and viola! you have a delicous Cactus-Mushroom Fundae.

*NOTE* Cactus are rather large and forked shaped... not small and round. Small and round plants in the desert are to prepared an entirely different way (as we will discuss in chapter 3 of this book)

You completly skipped the Halusigentic effects. Fail.

that's not cactus, that's that wierd plant... ya know the small round one I warned about and said would be in the next chapter

    Book2:Chapter3: Desert Party Plants

The dessert has many good trippy plants. Cutting the stems can be used 4 a achohol-like effect in drinks. And it is legal under 21! Additionaly, if cooked in red wine, it can raise your Green blood-cell count. Wait, that isn't good.....

    Ch. 3 Flying Lemurs

These animals are friendly and great compainions when going on journeys to defeat aggressive nations, so if you ever happen to visit old, abandoned Air Temples be sure to keep your eyes out for them. (and keep them away from certain people who love meat and might try to turn them into food.
