Nick stripped avatar of the amount of viewers it COULD have had, imagine if they had been showing reruns all year... But the story actually has a plot "OH NOES, something that has a point couldn't appeal to people" I wish I could swear on this board lol... cause nick ....ing blows

yeah avatar could have sustained its gigantic fanbase if it wasnt for the hiatus.

i think that is wat brought more people in bad marking plan but i think they need to slow down with spongebob and odd parents there is no many of them on the air all the time.

I'm sure that Nick would gladly allow a spinoff at any given time, but it's just that the creators didn't want to make a spin-off.

Thats great 5% of americans were watching it (I do not know how the hell people know when im watching somthing, dang FCC's got are TV's bugged, I mean really how do they KNOW!)

& does that mean that the other 95% of america has no taste?

I Watched it and loved it, I really hope thers a spin off of some sorts, cause i wanna see zuko find his mom, & more of Super Crazy Azula,& of course i'd like to see one set in the future with Anng & Kataras kids, but i doubt that will happen

    (Azula=joker?)

What's this? Naruto's not on the list? But all the Narutards say their show is more popular than Avatar. How can this be?

Sorry, I couldn't resist attempting to start one last flame war for old times sake.

Anywho, hopefully Nick will see what happens when you use proper advertisements from now on.

ya thats a good question, how do they know? earlier someone mentioned they couldn't include Satellite (which i have) into the viewer polls. making that number WAY bigger seeing as alot of America has satellite. and about the spin-off and future avatar, i think thats a great spot to start a fanfic. i think if they made any spin-off official they would only intern disappoint some fans while the others were happy. fanfic here i come!!!

Nicky held off because it was afraid that Hannah Montana and High School Musical 99 would beat it badly.

'Ruto is shown on Saturday nights, or late nights, on toonami/Adult Swim sections of Cartoon Network. How could it develop a fan base equivalent to Avatar?

too bad there isn't a reliable way to find out how many people actually watched. i know lots of people had an avatar party during the finale so it got "less viewers"

this is good i think the highest Avatar has gotten was 4.2 million and that was for Crossroads of Destiny. I was worried that we would get a poor 2 million like the first half of season 3. This is very exciting! I'm glad it did good

Nick should learn from their mistakes. When you have a great show that obviously has potential, ADVERTISE.

I knofor a fact that they had at least some faith in Avatar. I'm in Florida and there's a Nickelodeon store in Universal. They replaced a whole giant Fairly Odd Parents sign with a giant Aang and Momo. I got a picture. It was sweet.
