Yeah, we know the ending is out.

I know the spoilers. I won't say anything, but it is epic.

Yep. That's a very epic ending. Epicly lame. It has to be false.

Well my favorite animes have always been the plot-driven medium-length ones, like FMA, Eureka 7, Code Geass(yes I know it hasnt ended yet), etc etc. Dragging the show past defeating the fire lord would cause filler. Filler is not my friend.

Well don't forget about the movie coming out in 2010... Supposedly there's going to be a trilogy, one movie for each season.

good and bad in my opinion.

bad becuase its the best show ever and i dont want to see it end.

good becuase i dont want it to be like naruto or DBZ with abunch of crappy run-ons. but thats just what i think.

The creators said there thinking about making another season, but its such old news i forgot what it would be about

I just mean, in that sense, the series isn't coming to an end any time soon. But you knew that. *cries in corner*

lol sorry I've just been dying to use that pic. But if DVD sales are good and the movies do good we might get a spin-off.

Good because we finally get to see the conclusion to the story and the story won't be continued and start to suck like Spongebob.

Bad because, well, my favourite cartoon is coming to an end. Sigh.

I always wanted to see the end but I've never wanted it to actually end. I'm gonna miss most characters and all the action and suspense. The show is truly epic and it will always be a favorite of mine.

I am kind of disappointed that it is coming to end? However a show like this is not one you would want to drag on forever. We knew what the ending of the show entails. The fact is that all the episodes in between just lead up to an ending where we know what will inevitably happen. That is why a show like this can only have so many episodes. If i were a show like Seinfeld then that could aire new episodes forever. The reason being that there is not set ending in Seinfeld so that show can be dragged on forever. I think that the limitation of Avatar's story is why there have been these long waits between episodes. The fact is that the creators need the downtime to build anxiety and suspense because they are limited on how may episodes they can make before the story starts to drag and becomes boring.
