    this is a tourney involving all the best fighters from avatar so far, i havent seen this done for this show so i thought id start one.?? All i want to say is VOTE FOR WHO WOULD WIN IN A FIGHT NOT YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTER.?? Also Aang cannot use the avatar state and we are considering all the charactes at the level that they were at during the Fury of Aang.?? Any fight involving a waterbender is near a body of??water.?? Each match will last a day or so.

    Aang vs. Ty Lee

    Mai vs. Sokka

    Toph vs. Iroh

    Bumi vs. Zuko

    Azula vs. Katara

    Admiral Zhao vs. Huu (the plant bender in the swamp)

    Firelord Ozai vs. Monk Gyotso

    Jeong Jeong (the firebending fugitive) vs.?? Master Pakku (the water bending master of the norhtpole)

    I'll go for Ty Lee; Jet was able to go head to head with Aang and not lose until Katara intervened.

    Ty-Lee because both Ty-Lee and Aang use speed, but Ty-Lee uses it without bending and could cut Aang's bending out so Ty-Lee.

    Aang, Ty Lee uses a short range fighting style while Aang can attack with air from a distance.

    alright, this post hasnt seen too much action so im officially extending the fight, this one will last two days total, day one is basically over.?? If theres still not too much by then ill just go on with it.?? If the topic picks up i also wont be extending the other matches.??

    On a side note here i'd like to mention that some of the fights here will never happen, and perhaps it may end up that friends get paired in a match (e.g. katara vs. aang). So before that happens i just want everyonw to assume that they're in a situation were any two characters would give it there all in a fight and that the technically impossible matches (e.g. Monk Gyotso) can happen.?? Thank you, that is all.

    I'll except that vote for aang but any vote for a match that hasnt been started by me will not count.?? I will announce the beginning and end of each match.?? If u want to vote for sokka you'll have to come back tommorrow.?? Im doing this to keep it from getting to far ahead of itself.

    Im ending the fight earlier than i said but i want to keep things going.?? aang wins the first match, although it was alot closer than i expected.

    The next match, Sokka vs. Mai will now begin at 9:50 AM on August 6

    I like Sokka as much as the next guy, actually he's my fav character, but i have to say Mai here.

    Sokka. He doesn't seem to have too much troble knocking her projectiles out of the air, and once she runs out of knives??she's totally screwed.

    I vote for Mai cause Sokka's boomerang has never hit anyone except zuko in the first episode and Mai's knives are long range and accurate.

    Alright, Mai beats Sokka.?? I just want to comment here that im surprised but happy, ive seen this fail before in??a sense because ppl just vote for their fav character.

    Iroh, Toph may be a master of Earthbending and can immediately sense anyone that touchs the ground, but the Fire master has at least forty years of Royal firebending training, coupled with his own sets of techniques.
