The point is YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY GET SOME HELP if you used the proper thread and follow the FORUM RULES.?? People help people who help themselves, especially on this forum where duplicate threads are an unwanted commodity.?? Want a sincere answer, ask it in the proper thread and you will get it.

tell me..did u see any1 in those forums discussing this?...if not..then ure just a waste of time |
I am now going to assume you are severely intelligent delinquent and excuse you for not realizing the obvious.?? NO, those THREADS (forums are a whole different thing) did not discuss this subject BUT they are the proper place to put your question to the general public of this FORUM.?? It is not a WASTE OF TIME to instruct individuals on the proper FORUM RULES when they are unable to use the God-given intelligence to start at the TOP OF THE PAGE and read.?? If you really wanted an answer to?? your question and you wanted people to further comment on your question, you would follow the advice of what I am saying and ask it were it is appropriate.
And if you still don't understand what I have said, you need to find the nearest Webster's Dictionary and study it thoroughly so you can get full comprehension of the English language and while you are at it, ask the nearest mature adult in your vicinity what the proper??etiquette is for taking advice and acting upon it.

Thank you, and I ask again. What is the point of this thread? It has no point, it has no need to exist.

??I don't want to sound bad, but if you have to suffer all this aggression for making a thread, people will start to hate this forum. I mean it's ok to check the directory first to see if other people made this thread already, but you guys only respond to a thread to see if it has been repeated or not, if you don't like it or you think it should go somewhere else DON'T post. Besides the rules of this forum don't say anything about people making threads for interesting questions as being wrong. Don't be so harsh, just post if you like the topic, if??you don't, then??don't respond, or soon we'll have a really empty forum. Because if people get such a hard time for trying to express themselves, they will stop writing on this site.?? If this continues, maybe you should make a directory of what we CAN write about. |
Actually under the Avatar: The Last Airbender Guide & Forum Rules , message #6, and I quote, "Please use the "Directory of Threads on AVATAR FORUM" thread, which is pinned on the first page. This thread may be useful, as it lists most of the threads we have in the forum... If the subject of your potential thread may fit into any of those, please save TV.com the space and bandwidth from creating a new thread and just add a post in the existing thread."
I am not an aggressively mean person in no shape or form, I have never called anyone a name or put "curse" words into any of my responses.?? I simply advised the thread creator that there were other areas he could post his/her question and actually get a response (and most times I will do with a side of amusement or say something like "I bet you can find an answer here").?? People wonder why they never get a true answer or comments on their theories or questions... well it would be obvious if they just read the rules.?? So there is kind of an unwritten rule that if you want to create and sustain a thread... and if you want respect given to your topic, show respect for the forum and the guidelines.

Well, you suggested this person was not mature, and he could not comprehend English. I don't know about you but that sounds aggressive to me. I know you are trying to hide you failure on a good response by trying to show me the forum rules and saying again how people could get a good answer to their question if they first checked your directory. First of all "message #6" only suggests to use your directory. Second, this thread topic was never made before, and there may be a lot of people who could be interested on it, just because you don't like it, it does not mean it should be o=somewhere else. Also i never said you called anyone names. Ohh and if you are so extremely worried about TV.com's bandwidth, perhaps you should stop these long posts about how threads are pointless or should go somewhere??else.

Ya know, I almost went to bed and let this go, but I couldn't since you seem to want to distort things.?? FIRST, I did not post that comment that you choose to highlighte in my first response to this thread creator.?? That comment about his/her maturity was the THIRD message so no I was not aggressive until they choose to be.?? SECOND, it is not MY directory.?? That directory was something that was initially created by me and has since been edited by Pooldude.?? He has creative control of it and has modified it several times.?? Yes I can add a thread since it is always better to have 2 sets of eyes instead of just one when trying to keep the forum current but the final say is with Pooldude.?? Would I like people to use the Directory - Yes.?? Is it for some??glory I would get from it - no.??And as for the bandwidth comment... the thread is already created??and it is already pointless AND I would have stopped posting long ago if????you did not find it necessary to try to change the facts.??
