I'm placing my bets on Katara finding out that she is the reason Aang can't enter the Avatar State. We will see some major Zutara bonding(Romantic or not), but my bets on the endgame Katara ship is still Kataang.

Ahh...but it DOES matter when the two events occur, you see. It all depends on what exactly took place during the certain episodes in which they happen. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait another grueling month or so before we even begin to figure it out. *sob*

And that right there is an example of anger and pleading (for episodes).

    Making great time, btw.

I would point out that if you count a hug as confirming a ship as canon, then a lot of these crack shippers must be on to something.

    Go Ty Zumaicest!!!

But yes, Zutara stands far more chance now than it ever has before, save perhaps for when they were airing Crossroads of Destiny ads.

Well, best of luck all round; only the finale will reveal which ship is going to happen.

With our luck, it won't. Just leave us with some ambiguous dialogue.

But hopefully, we'll get a kick arse epilogue to end the series.

And let's hope that spawns a spinoff.

    Oh, and Ty Zumaicest ftw.

Haha. If that were the case, though, then the Zutara shippers are doing the same thing, right? It's a circle, really - Zutara will end up shipping Kataang, and vice-versa. Which really proves no point whatsoever.

I see no real point in shipping the hottest girl in the series (besides Azula) with the ugliest (besides Bumi). Aang is bald, for gods' sake!

And, btw, I think you've moved past acceptance and onto the next phase: going nuts on depression pills.

Sorry, guys, but those clips were from two entirely different episodes. The one with Aang kissing Katara is when they're in their Fire Nation outfits, and it looks like to me that Katara pulled away in suprise/shock, not disgust. It happens. The next scene showed Katara hugging Zuko while in her Water Tribe clothes, and although it was a cute scene, it seems like nothing more than a "I totally forgive you" hug.

Let's face it - Nickelodeon knows how much controversy there is between Zutara and Kataang, and that is EXACTLY why they put those clips in. It's to drive us insane and ensure that we will without a doubt stay tuned for the final episodes. But since when has Nickelodeon shows EVER split apart a pairing that has been canon from the beginning? I swear, nearly all Nick shows I have seen put the "best friends" together: Ned and Moze (outraged NedxSuzie shippers, anyone?), Zoey and Chase (c'mon, it's SO obvious it's gonna happen, James doesn't stand a CHANCE), Josh and Mindy...and it's not only Nick, it's practically every other sitcom as well.

I'm not dissing Zutara; I think it's kinda cute. But frankly, I'm being realistic here. I doubt Katara would choose Zuko over Aang, especially with her history with each. And must I remind people of Mai?

Ooh. Haha. While I'm at it, I just want to add to those who don't like the age difference - Aang is two years younger than Katara, who is ALSO two years younger than Zuko. Yet Katara has stated herself that she doesn't think of Aang as that "goofy little kid she met in the iceberg anymore". Age really doesn't matter in this point of time - if I remember correctly from Ned's Declassified, many of the relationships in that show happened during 7th grade, where the kids range from twelve to thirteen or so.

Okies. Done ranting. Hope I've made others realize my point. Apparently, Kataang WILL happen. We'll just have to wait and see.

For the love of James Earl Jones stop comparing Avatar to Ned's Declassified and Zoey 101.

But then you're saying that it all depends on looks that make the pair? That's quite shallow, if I do say so myself. XD

Nah. I'm doing fine with fanfiction and drawing. Not that much of a die-hard Avatar fan. *shrug*

LOL. Ned's used to be a favorite show of mine for entertainment purposes. I could care less about that excuse for a show Zoey.

HAHA. I guess I can't argue with that, this IS the first cartoon I've seen in a while that actually has good-looking characters. (Could explain why I only started to like Zuko AFTER he grew his hair out. XD)

Zutara first was appealing to me when Zuko grew out his hair, same with your "liking" towards him.

    Before that, Jetara was win.

Every single other ship I'm loose on.

As for the "interesting people" here, I think the high concentration of them is because they were banned from every single other forum.

But that's what makes this community work.

LOL. Ned's used to be a favorite show of mine for entertainment purposes. I could care less about that excuse for a show Zoey.

Just becaus nick shows have a pattern doesn't make it true.

Shall we begin to ship Chuckie and Angelica for the same reasons we do Kataang? I think not.

AHAHA! Never thought of that one. Eh, different scenarios. All Grown Up (if that's the Rugrats series you're talking about) never gave hints like Avatar does. You know, actually, I never really understood the whole concept of Zutara and how it's plausible. I'm one of those people who simply go with the flow. What kind of evidence is there for Zutara that really makes a good argument? Actually, you don't have to answer that, since i know it's all over the forums...I'm just too lazy to read through them all. There just doesn't seem to be enough proof of Zutara as there is Kataang.

It matters not when those two evens occur. All that matters is that Zutara is canon.

But then you're saying that it all depends on looks that make the pair? That's quite shallow, if I do say so myself. XD Nah. I'm doing fine with fanfiction and drawing. Not that much of a die-hard Avatar fan. *shrug*

I just like to look at the hot girls.

That's the only reason why I'm here.

If you think that's bad, watch out for FMA102. He's here for Toph... if you know what I mean...

HAHA. I guess I can't argue with that, this IS the first cartoon I've seen in a while that actually has good-looking characters. (Could explain why I only started to like Zuko AFTER he grew his hair out. XD) There are some interesting people on these forums.

Ohh. Hm. Makes sense. Were you the one talking to Lisa about being banned from ASN? I think I read that around somewhere... I also think that's why I enjoy coming here. It's pretty entertaining to read the stuff, and always reliable for finding out some new info.

Also, I'm thinking we should merge our two replies into one. This is taking up a lotta space.

I was indeed banned from ASN. For making a second account. Long story on that one.

But yeah. This is an awesome forum. Much better than ASN. We take our silliness very seriously.

Oh, wow. Jeez, banned just for that? Bummer.

Totally an awesome forum. But it scares me how...flame-ish people can get sometimes over a show.

Still, it's fun talking with you. Thanks.
