air nomads die

    Why do you think the air nomads died out against fire benders? Just look at Aang. He can own so many people and he is only 12. What about all those old monks that are masters? They have had many years of experience! They could have beat all the firebenders! To add to that, all air nomads are benders so all of them could fight, so, I find it quite strange that the air nomads died out. Also, Aang said that the only way to get to an air temple is by flying bisons. Weird, huh? How do you guys think they died? Because I have no idea.

    The Firebenders were super powered thanks to Sozen's Comet, and Airbenders don't kill. They only have offensive attacks, they believe in peace.??

    Well if you look closely Gyatso killed alot of Firebenders.

    Yeah, i was gonna point that out. It apparently took a swarm of firebenders to take out one airbender. Airbenders probably posed the biggest problem for the fire nation since they can bend anywhere... they can't be taken away someplace where they can't bend like earthbenders and waterbenders. So they must have sent every soldier at their disposal to get the airbenders out of the picture first.

    Well they seemed to be maybe a few mobs of firebenders jst to kill Gyatso man he must have faught back like a demon.

    yeah its not like they can lock them in a airless room so they were probably the biggest threat to the fire nation because EVERYone could bend ANYwhere and there were airbending masters all over the place... and since they were so powerful they probably did want to get them out of the way first

    Gyatso went out like Scarface...took out a whole room full of Firebenders first...but again like already said that Comet gave the Firebenders some extra power PLUS it was a surpise attack...if they Airbenders knew when??it was coming(they knew something would go down which is why they told Aang he was the Avatar) they would have all espaced

    General Zhao once had Aang all tied up and all he could do was blow a little air out of his mouth. So it goes to show that airbenders can be taken out of their element or at least to a place where they would have limited access to it. Also remember Aang's the avatar so he'll be more beefed up than regular airbenders.

    They were weak punks. I loved Gyatso and hope they all die. And can feel good about saying that because it's a cartoon.
