Yeah, chakras are real things. Just look up "chakra" on google or something. They are 100 percent real. Sure, they don't have the kind of power or significance like in fiction, but they exist.
the show is in asia religion what must they say else THE FORCE ??? or god??? maybe both off the cartoons naruto and avatar and made with asian religies (not sure with naruto don't know it )

Also, in most Indian languages (including Sanskrit), Chakra means "wheel". That's why Chakra is described as a wheel in Naruto.
Also, Vishnu (Who could be described as the most powerful god), uses a weapon known as Sudarshana Chakra, which is basically a spinning disk capable of destroying anything in its path.
