What is the point of Aang learning guidance from guru if he knows what to do to defeat fire lord Ozai.

A guru is, in the proper sense of the word, a spitiual leader of great importence. The Guru, however, might teach Aang something that could be escential to being the Avatar. Simply mastering the elements doesn't mean he'll beat the Fire Lord.

No, I'm sure that the Guru might surprise us with some information crucial to him being the Avatar.

Also, I believe that something like this should belong in a Ask a Question forum. Unless, of course, you wish to give this some serious thought to be it's own page now.

dont forget that Aang doesnt know how to defeat the firelord yet. also he's far from ready to kill or defeat him right now. just think about the fights between him and Azula: she kicked his ass
i dont know if the firelord (her father) is stronger then she is, but i bet that if Aang isnt ready to defeat Azula, he's also not ready to defeat the firelord...

I doubt they would make the fire lord weaker than Azula.
