Why was Chit Seng added?

    he'll do the same thing the Earth King did...disappear in-between chapters and maybe get a passing comment made about where he went.

    Appa seems to be able to carry quite a bit of weight.

    However, I agree that he'll probably go on the Airship. Or die. Unexpected twist anyone?

    He was just flying them across a canyon though. I doubt he can hold much for a long time period.

    I doubt he'll become a traitor. He might leave, but betraying the gang would mean confronting the Fire Nation, and knowing them, they'll just throw him in prison no matter what.

    What if they offered him freedom for giving them information? Or he might betray the Gaang in exchange for the guy and the girl he tried to get out with the first escape plan.

    Not saying he will, just that he could.

    I kind of like him. I think he will be a good improvement to the Gaang. I don't think he will be a traitor.

    Can you see azula simply holding him upside down for information? I think she'll use a lot better, and more productive, methods of torture.

    you know what i honestly think? well I think that the creaters are say, building up aang's army. like when he goes to take down the firelord, aang cant just go alone. that just doesnt make sense. He needs backup people to help him get in and fight with him the fire people. so far, we have all the people from the day of black sun... (or we will have all the rest soon i hope) we have the actual gang, this new guy chit sang, and if the cards are pplayed right, mai and tylee. its genious that the creaters are adding all these new characters. i bet that they are building up the avatars army for great purposes.

    I always thought all of Aang's friends from the first and second season would help him in the finale battle.

    And if the two tribes and the tour guide from the Great Divide come, that will officially be the funniest moment of the finale.

    He's a borderline traitor though. He could have potentially ratted out Sokka.

    I don't think he'll be a traitor. If azula wanted to find them, she'd probably just go to wat. There's no need for a traitor. I think he will stay there, as an extra, but just for one more episode. The same goes for haru teo and the duke. I think the next episode will be about freing the other prisoners from the invasion and the kyoshi warriors. Haokda said that they were taken to another prison. So he probably knows where that other prison is. They will probably break them free, and then all of them except for the gaang will go away to wait for the day of the comet. Then they'll come back, ready for the last battle.

    So the southern raiders would be (in my opinion) about how they break into the other prison and rescue everyone, then chit sang haru and the others will leave with them, The ember island players would be just like nightmares and daydreams, and then...THE FINALE.

    Can't wait...

    Chit Sang= New comic relief.
    Sokka has moved away from that role, which I am personally glad about. Our Sokka has grown up, leading invasions and breaking girls hearts.

    this speculation of chit sang playing some important part in the series is a bit far fetched in my opinion (of course i may be wrong). but no one knows if chit sang will even be seen in TSR let alone EIP

    there won't be a adult as a main character in a children show, he will soon leave the gang, like Katara and Sokka's father.
