Wasn't that ice foutain thing one? Then maybe the Ba-Sing-Se walls, every keeps saying they are amazing. And maybe the Great Divide.

the walls of ba sing se, the canyon in the episode "the great divide", serpents pass, the northern water tribe, the misty palms oasis, the library, kyoshi island

In real life we have to "7 natural wonders" but those are different from the original "7 wonders", I don't know how it is in Avatar world

Aang slows his descent with airbending. Toph probably makes the ground soft by earthbending it. Sokka... he's always falling down from high places. And Katara-- she has no excuse. the creators just make her seem to perfect that even the laws of gravity probably don't apply.
