    Haha, it doesn't look like Sozin's grandpa did anything important as Firelord. No cool symbols around his portrait. I wonder what Sozin Sr. did? He's got a cool little sun thing under his portrait.

    I think there are more then 5 Fire Lords.

    Here is a question: Have there been more then 1 Phoenix Fire Lords?

    would be phoenix lord, and I think it is something invented by Ozai

    I think Sozin's dad was one who made the nation highly prosperous thus making the "foundation" of Sozin's "sharing our prosperity with the rest of the 4 nations"

    it could be. or for all we know its not sozins grandfather, but the last of the previous dynasty. whatever, not like it matters to the central plot anyway. just yet another example of our relentless speculation due to AWS.

    they shud make a book on the fire lords... like those harry potter books and magic and quidditch id totally buy it! ive always been interested in monarchies

    well, then study the roman empire, ancient egypt (most facinating culture out there imo), feudal europe, feudal japan, and imperial china.

    Just a couple of observations from me. ^^

    Sozin's father seems to be the one who did the most. It seems like his scroll or painting or whatever that is is the most decorated. Azulon's seems a bit barran, like Sozin's grandfather.

    And Sozin and Ozai favor. Quite a bit it seems.
